These game seems to be PC/PS3 games. Steel dog seems to be a PSN game if you look at the trailer, and Metal Black is like a diablo with guns.

So they're exclusives?

I like Blade and Soul. Seems really nice.

NCSoft makes MMOs like City of Heroes/Villains. Why would they move away from their biggest base of PC users? I would be surprised if they were made for the PS3 console only because of Korean/Japanese business rivalry, in my opinion.

ok ppl the ncsoft deal with sony was for them to create 3 games. two of them are meant to be MMORPG's and i think one was meant to be a normal RPG.

blade and soul look pretty good, i like the art style in there and the opening looked brutal!

i really hope this is one of those mentioned rpgs for the ps3 because i would pick this up day one! looks intresting.

They are missing the bus on these mmo's, they should have had one ready at launch for each console. They may not have survived very long but I bet almost anything would have been better than nothing for 2-3 years then a slew of them coming out at once.

I wonder how well FFXI did on 360 I hated it but there are probably plenty of people that played it for at least a little while.

NCSoft didn't make CoH/CoV, Cryptic Studios did. NCSoft really only strong background development title is Lineage. They just loved to publish MMOs from other developers. So users be weary, these MMOs coming from them might be a grind fest.

I'm talking about Korean MMOs which can takes over a year to get to cap level. I don't mind the grind myself because it feels rewarding when you get that next level. However with the trend of more western MMOs you can hit level cap in a matter of weeks or days now(Age of Conan) if you know what you are doing.

The press release for it only mentioned a PC version.

Not sure about the other games but I know that Blade and Soul hasn't been confirmed as a PS3 game.

Right. Well maybe it is a grind fest? I looked at the video for Blade Soul. It just looks like better graphics but the same old attack/defense stuff...a grind fest.

Also, I found it odd to see how the women looked in Blade Soul. Running around in nighties or clipped spandex. It's a record setting new low to the objectification of women as sex objects. It may be trying to compete with Age of Conan in terms of over-sexing the entire game to the point of ridiculousness.

I tried but it's just too slow. Korea has some odd broadband setup where it's fast if you're in their country but everyone else trying to look, it just crawls. Every Korean site I've ever been to has this issue.

This is why it is not a PS3 game

And lets not forget the menu setup at the bottom, which in would be hard to use with a controller.

I saw it just fine...

Anyway, it was an isometric point and click shooter To even THINK that is a PS3 game is insanity. That was MetalBlack.

Also, these games have only been announced in Korea so far. So, whether or not they are even coming to America is still up in the air.

blade and soul looks pretty good but I don't know about the other games though. Not sure how good blade and soul will turn out....it looks like its got decent graphics with a good combat system but I couldn't pick up much on the story if there was one.

Steel dog doesn't really interst me.

As for the other game I think it looks bad. Its looks like a messed up loaded game. Speaking of that sony should make another loaded game for psn.
