Need Help! Info on Xbox 360 Arcade! Urgent!

The Story.

A friend just informed me that tommorow and only tommorow, at our local Media Markt in exchange for an old console, you get an Xbox 360 arcade for 49Euros LOL. I'm about to go to bed cause I need to wake up early in the morning and drive (80km) to my home city (I study away) and get one before they run out!

Question.

What does any Xbox 360 arcade mean? What is absolutly essential I buy along side it or else I'll lose out on something? Will Live work? Need info!

Buy a HDD and you should be fine.

Are they expensive? I'll prolly need to get a game right away, and the point of the deal was it being dirt cheap! =D No charging packs needed? or special cables? Ohhh and will the arcade hook up to a pc monitor?

50 for a 20 gig i believe here in the states

You can play games with just the arcade but if you want to get a hard drive you can get a 20gb for $20

Recharging packs aren't really needed, I just use rechargable AA batteries. Arcade will hook up to a pc moniter, but you'll need the VGA adapter cable. The 20 GB HDD runs for $20 on xbox.com.
