Netherrealm boss and Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon is teasing an imminent reveal.

"Unexpected surprise from NetherRealm Studios coming…….?" he tweeted.

In response to queries, Boon said the surprise is not related to the latest Mortal Kombat game – and isn't Grid 2, a flyball suggestion
