so who rememberd this game? first shown many years ago i think it was at the 'infamous' E32005
but ye psu has a new feature with the devs where they will release details about this game everyday starting from today.

first we have some screenshots.....and boy has it been downgraded bigtime!

And to be honest it doesnt look that bad(looks better than GTAIV)..but i can tell is running under 720p...MojondeVACA

Didnt Cows say this was only possible on the PS3:lol:FirstDiscovery

NOPE. the devs said something about the blu ray having an advantage.....but i dont see anything special about the game graphics wise

its what pissed me off back then, every dev would show these so called "realtime shots"...then they game is not seen for years and comes back looking average.

thank god it isn't happening as much these days.

To TC - the graphics aren't that much worse, the difference is mainly that the newer screenshots are actual gameplay.

yes i agree. but it works both ways....mark rein said ut3 looks better than gears but lemmings decided to ignore that and still say gears was better looking.

Aside from Eight Days, here's another GTA-like game that got cancelled (which also happens to look pretty similar to "2 Days to Vegas").
I thought they were the same game when I saw the pictures in this thread.aflakian

ye the getaway 3 sequel to ps2 getaway games. the tech demos looks very good. but i never heard them officially cancel it. they just postponed it for now to concentrate on games coming out sooner rather than later

WOW that is some serious downgraded trash.Thats suppose to be one of the biggest downgrades of all time.Hell,it looks like a PS1 game in the 2 outdoor shots !

Never believed that consoles could give such good reflections.

I forgot about this game...With GTA4 and Saints-Row2, it's gona be hard for them to get noticed.

That is a very old picture (believe its from the GDC build).

edit: my bad. Eight days and two days to vegas  are totally different games.

This game is a multiplat (Platforms: Xbox 360, PC, PS3), and developers have yet to find a publisher.

It never used to look like the CG renders. This game continues to be vaporware to the extreme.

Games like these slightly annoy me. Revealed by some no-name developer when people have started talking about the next upcoming console. With pretty images and promises they fool people into thinking their barely existant, highly amateurish and mediocre game is gonna be completely awesome. I'd be hugely surprised if this is ever released, even more so if it's actually good. If it's ever released I'd expect a PC exclusive on the same level as Infernal.
