Don't get me wrong I think the PS3 has potential or I would not have bought one but if this Zephyr does come to market I find it hard pressed to find a better deal for those who have yet to buy a next gen console. Only when the PS3 gets at least 3 AAA titles will its value start to rise for the casual gamer.

Sony for everyone buying a Ps2 Slim... No because a Lite is only a smaller form factor in a better looking case, its still the same basic system, this is a vastly improved system in terms of capabilities. Also its a pity they won't make it cheaper, because I won't buy it until its $250 tops

At that price point it will come down to whether people want a Blu-ray player or a larger HDD. In fact, if you add in the price of XBL you are paying more than the price of the 20GB PS3. Not to mention when the casual gets home and realises he needs to keep purchasing batteries or buy the rechargeable battery pack. I'm not trying to bash the 360, I think it's a great console, but this won't be a good thing for M$. They are pretty much admitting that Sony was on the right track all along and they are stuck playing catch up again.
