I'm jk ( it does look pretty good though ).

That looks even more impressive visually than GTA4 (assuming it's an openworld game). Looks like the combat mechanics rely more on the classic brawler-type genre (Streets Of Rage style).

Definitely something to keep an eye on. I have never played the original 2 games (import-only?), hope to see this get a western release. It is very grounded into japanese subculture however...

You can get the first Yakuza for like $15 bucks if you look around, it's several years old so, you'll probably only be able to get it used. Yakuza 2 came out a few weeks ago actually, it's a fantastic game, and only $30. But yes, you can find both of them for about $50 all together.

This one will at least make it to the US, even if they have to leave in Japanese audio and just put in subtitles. If people want a full localization, buy Yakuza 2!

Well I hope you are right! I'm dying to play this game actually. I'm paying Yakuza 2 right now and having lots of fun

gosh... the text effect is so annoying on that video.

Those just might be the best in-game cut-scenes I have ever seen. Gameplay looked nice also.Epak_

If you watch a little further, they show gameplay, where the main character is walking and running through the city. It looks amazing. Much like Shenume but 100 times better.

Yeah.... RE5 graphics are a bit better than Yakuza 3's, but...... Yakuza 3 facial animations -----------------> RE5 facial animations.The facial animations in Yakuza 3, makes the characters look damn near life like.
