New Deep Down info: single player mode, demo coming, 60FPS. It's PS4 exclusive!!

- There will be a beta after the release of the PS4, and Ono-san wants it to begin as soon as possible.

Interesting:

- The quality showcased in the PlayStation Meeting in February was reached considerably quickly, and things like 60 frames per seconds are relatively easy to achieve.

- The representation of environments is close to photo realistic, and elements like degradation of weapon and armor will also be displayed graphically. The PS4 is able to calculate the accumulation of mold, dirt and rust on equipment and display it on the textures, giving you the sensation that those items really exist in the world.

Slaystation 4 Domination Continuation.

There are a few things I didn't like.

1. Was that your are going to dungeon's. Nothing about an open world.

2. They say they achieved Febuary's trailer in visuals. Yet when we seen the Japan stream. It looks no where near as detailed or technical as the first trailer.

Game is pretty much like assassins creed. But you arn't in a lab, your not genetically tied to the person you interact with and object's take you different points.

I hope I can get into beta. Would be great to see how the game is progressing.

Are you slamming Capcom for PS+ being required or Sony? It's up to you I guess... but either is equally stupid.

Capcom can't dictate to Sony how they are going to handle their online service.

It's been okay for MS to charge for online, so it's okay for Sony too.

So it's up to you how you prefer to be owned.

I love Dragon's Dogma, so if it's like that, i might take a look see. I wonder who's releasing the game. If Capcom is releasing it, it might just be timed exclusive. If Sony releases it under their name it may stay exclusive. We'll see. Microsoft is releasing DR3, so that may stay exclusive for a long time. 

We'll see what happens. I'd probably get this for the PS4 anyways, since ports aren't usually the greatest. I'm sure Hermits and Lems would love to have as well though.

60 fps is nice to hear but how consistent is it? Will it drop to the 20s when something major is happening? 

Stillneed to see more of it though. I don't like always online being stuck behind a pay wall and the visuals have been largely inconsistent

It was talking about the game being published by SCEA. Usually the publisher has to release the rights for the game to come to other playforms. This is why you never saw Gears of War game on a PS3 or Valkyria Chronicles game on the XBox 360 even though they were made by a 1st party studio.

For me it's not a big deal as I'll own both consoles and get to play everything bias fanboys can't. :lol:

Sony is helping with the development of this game ( similar to Demon Soul ). But don't worry....maybe the Xbox One will get a spiritual successor much like the 360/ps3 did with Namco/FromSoftware's Dark Souls.

Gotta say I wish this was coming out for Xbox One. This is impressive. Won't make me buy a PS4, but its one to miss.

I am a little more intrested still .... the demon soul setting is very slow and boring for my taste.

This game is looking really great :)

Hopefully it turns out decent. I have a feeling that something will go wrong but I can't put my finger on what really. Probably single player being way too short and random dungeons having terrible design or something like that.

Overall I'm expecting good not great. That's usually good enough though for a game in the infancy of a console. :)
