I just love it when people try to claim ownage over a CGI trailer.

I do not care about CGI, I care about gameplay. I don't want to see a trailer for what a movie of this game might look like, I want to see a trailer for the actual GAME.

Yes I am jealous. I've always wanted a version of a game that freezes up, crasheds, slows down with technical problems across the board, and missing grass. Sadly, I'll get grass and won't get to experience those awesome PS3 exclusive features. :(

This will be first person, like Theif1/2. It borrows heavily from Deus Ex, Dark Messiah, Thief, And SS2. (all FPS)

There are more than enough 3rd person stealth/assassination games, hell most of them are. (even DX:HR for stealth, mostly)
