Hitomi looks kinda different; Also is it me or do the body proportions seem a litte more realistic than usual overall?

1. The TC is a female... so that right there nulls your point about this game being for "lonely losers."

2. Itagaki isn't working on this game nor is he with Tecmo anymore.

3. You obviously haven't played this game, many people love it for the fighting system. It's the most accessible but still a deep game that relies heavily on reaction, counters, and well timed throws/delays.

4. If you weren't going to buy it, why even bother coming in this thread? Oh right, "Lol I'm superior than you guys because I can make fun of you trololol!!!"

Or it's made for people who enjoy 3d fighters with great level design and a great combo system, after the disaster that was Tekken 6 im looking forward to DoA 5 as its been 6 years since DoA 4. I'll give you that the Volleyball spin off was pure smut, this is a decent fighter.

Plus that desinger guy your on about Itagaki left the company years ago so this ain't his game.

Itagaki hasn't been with Tecmo for at least 2 years and has nothing to do with this game.So if you are going to boycott something at least do it for the right reasons.

Doesn't matter if he left or not, the fact is that the game is a joke. If you want to play a REAL fighter go play Mortal Kombat like I do, it's a real fighter, or play super smash bros. That's also a real fighter, DOA is not.

I never really understood the stereotyping online with DOA games -- they're hella fun, easy to pick up and play but still offer some depth(it has pluses and minuses just like any other fighter), characters look nice(cute costumes for a lot of them too) and the environments are really beautiful as well. It's a great franchise.

Is more of an announcement of a thread with pics than a true warning, is more like a tradition nowadays, also, the game is still in Alpha phase (at least those pictures and the first trailer were) and even if the graphics aren't the best for a 3D fighter i'm sure the action will deliever.

Anyway, i can't wait to see more of this game, i freaking love DOA4 even if i don't own a 360 but now PS3 will get one version too, yay, now i only need Helena Douglas :)

C'mon...really? i'll give you that MK9 is fun and has a huge amount of content and all...but the best fighter this gen??? sorry but not even in the same league of truly some of the best fighter this gen like SSF4, Blazblue and KOF XIII.

If clothes do indeed fall off in gameplay then it's safe to assume the ladies of DOA will eventually go down to their Beach Volley Ball attire by the end of the fight. I hope it's the same with men so kicking Ryu's arse enough means he will be left with only his shorts lol.

Well I guess I dunno, I don't fit into that catergory either. I like the massive stages, the ability to counter so one person can't just combo me until death. I also like how I only need to buy 1 DOA game and have plenty of costumes and characters to unlock. You know, unlike Rehashcom who releases a new updated version in less than a year, and charges DLC for characters already on the disc.

HAHA, brilliant, but seriously people shouldnt bother with ShadowMoses900, he's still butthurt that this great franchise was Xbox exclusive for a little while so is still in fanboy "boycott" mode. So yeah, ignore or mock.

I really cant wait for the game. Its not my favorite fighter but its still a very fun one.
