No, it's Dissidia for the PSP...it's a Final Fantasy fighting game I believe. The pic has Zidane vs Kuja.

It's FFXIII versus, and it's Zidane fighting with Kuja, and a new character. I'm guessing it will have characters from older Final Fantasies, oh and it's a PS3 exclusive.
