Nice find, I never seen that video but definately an AAA potential exclusive for the ps3. Should be an awesome game. :)
[QUOTE="m_machine024"]Wow looks great. The rocket seems out of place through.DrakierYeah I agree, I don't see where a huge rocket fits into a setting in ancient China or whatever.
Who said that Heavenly Sword has to go by factual historical guidelines, lol? This is a video game, where fantasy not only is encouraged....but reigns supreme. That is the beauty of games....they allow us to interact in fantastical realms of otherwise impossibility. Certainly not something to complain about, now is it?:|
I, for one, am glad that they are also including a bazooka type weapon in the game, as it will only add that much more to the variety of ways to disperse of your enemies....no to mention the FUN factor.
I think it was China where the concept of projectile weaponry using gunpowder originated... lemme check.... Yep, I was teh correct.

The date reporting the first use of true rockets was in 1232. At this time, the Chinese and the Mongols were at war with each other. During the battle of Kai-Keng, the Chinese repelled the Mongol invaders by a barrage of "arrows of flying fire." These fire-arrows were a simple form of a solid-propellant rocket.
It looks really good.
I've not been a fan of the game, and I'm still not 100 percent sold on it, as something just seems a bit off with the combat and it looks too much like God of War.It looks like they are using the exact same color pallate. The moves are very flashy but look completely ineffective. It didn't even look like some of the enemies were even blocking, but the attacks just bounced off of them..That could be fixed though as they have the time to tweak it. It has good AAA potential though.

I know it isn't based on real ancient history but the character in the game is using a HEAVENLY SWORD for god's sake, so shouldn't the weapon be able to take out an army without the character having to use a large bazooka? This whole bazooka thing makes me think that this heavenly sword isn't so great after all.Don't get me wrong though, I am definitely getting this game the day it releases, just sharing my opinion. AAA!
