Well I got a Intel quad and the GTX 260. I just need Windows 7.

Edit- I cant think of a game out right now that recommends Quads. Well im good to go.

Im happy to know that I can still run the newest games coming out.

Actually, I really like the look of this game. Looks like you can still move around in a traditional FPS sense on various platforms or use your rocket/thruster pack. Nice take on some different gameplay. Looks like it could all take place in some very visually stunning locations. I hope it does have some kind of single player story as this game looks to have an interesting concept.

Its also very stunning in a very different way to Crysis. So far so good, in my books! :D

The first Crysis was very underrated... Everyone bashed it, claiming it was all graphics and no substance...

I don't know what they were smoking. Some of the best sandbox shooting action I've yet played. Every gameplay style and tactic could succeed if done right, and the sheer quality of the level design, gameplay mechanics and enemy AI made the whole thing riveting

Admittedly it went a little downhill when the aliens showed up, but it's just laughable for Halo and Call of Duty fans to bash this game.

Probably because its hard to see the high res textures, details etc in a youtube video. It also looks like all the lighting is real time and quite large scale. It probably has quite high poly assets. A combination of factors can quickly push up system requirements.

doesnt look as good as crysis imo and there is some awful clipping and just doesnt look smooth enough.. looks like it could be quite an interesting game possibly though :)

I think it's the first proper DX10 game out which is great, but seriously they propably couldn't have picked a worse theme ..I mean it could be good, but that bland space environment is gonna turn off a lot of people including me. Also I still think Crysis even in DX9 looks a fair bit better.ManicAce

the only one i can think of would be the pc version of Alan Wake, but that's been postponed indefinitely. at this time, a dual core (a good one mind you) would suffice for most games.
