New Playstation 3 Exclusive Inbound

French site Jeuxvideo has announced they will be revealing a brand new title exclusively for the PS3 on May 7 (viaGematsu).

They will be holding a live stream where viewers will be able to see the game and provide questions and feedback (presumably in French).

There's some suspicion this will be whatever it is David Cage's studio Quantic Dream is working on (Kara is simply a tech demo, remember), but my money's on a smaller, downloadable title for the PlayStation Network. As the followup to Heavy Rain, QD's next game is probably going to be something Sony wants to announce on a stage.

Sony already has an announcement planned for Thursday (largely suspected to be God of War IV), so it looks like they're starting to build some hype for their E3 conference.

If only those conferences weren't so consistently dissapointing.GameRanx

Wonder what this one could be... I just hope that like every year, Sony doesn't blow its load early, and unveil every 'major surprise' for its E3 conference in the run up to the event.

Hopefully a KZ 4, where they went back to to a KZ 2 feel, split screen campaign, and had a Helghast campaign where you play as Hakha and personally shoot Rico's face completely off in the end.

I dont blame people saying that because its very hard to keep up now, between the many exclusives and multiplats are coming put there are too many not to mention PSN releases and if you own a Vita you'd be looking at even a larger library.

It's extremely rare that a Sony exclusive can get me excited... Last time was inFAMOUS 2... I just hope it's a genre I enjoy (not FPS or TPS) and doesn't focus on cinematic flourish over quality gameplay.

I want something new, I'm already tired of Killzone, GOW, Resistance, Uncharted, etc. I'm not the least bit interested on The Last of Us either....
