New Release Date for GT5?

Saw this on GS. A Japanese Retailer had listed it for Dec. 23rd. Just in time for Christmas.

It's possible in Japan, since Christmas is more of a commercial and/or romantic holiday.

But I doubt that SCEA and SCEE would be dumb enough to release GT5 two days before Christmas.

New month and still no release date, they lied to us again.

oh gawd what terrible timing... good for last minute christmas shoppers, but most people have shopping done by then meaning no GT5 for christmas... not only that but most holiday titles people will buy over GT5 for christmas like COD:BO, Halo, Fable, etc. with a last minute release. will see good after christmas sales with ppl swarming malls though

but i doubt thats the new date they would be smart and make it a early january release
