MGS cutscenes always have the same exact graphics as in game... So this is likely how the game actually looks, if not, better.

 In engine cutscenes are pre-rendered and therefore are not as processor intesnsive as in game play.  If you think the in game play will look like that, you are being very optimistic.

Not really, there wasn't a PS3 logo on the Game Conference 2006 or TGS 06 trailer either.

It was only on the E3 06 trailer that was shown during Sony's conference.

Use the terminology that you find most suiting, but the fact of the matter is that non dynamic in engine movies can have a much higher polygon count, framerate, better AA and textures than dynamic gameplay.

it was done for the web, because the old versions were poor quality feeds.

we haven't seen anything else because they show new footage at the major game conferences, just like it's always been.

and just lke it's always been, we see more and more of the game including gameplay as we get nearer to the release date.

we'll see a new trailer at e3, then at tgs, and maybe at lepzig
