Graphics have improved greatly. But has the gameplay done the same?

RE4 on GC looked much better....

Come on Wii developers make better graphics..I'm no graphics whore...but at least make it better than last gen games...

Yeah, I was playing House of the Dead 2 at the movie arcades yesterday......brought back old memories....

I want a Wii but come on, those graphics are horrible, RE4 looks a whole lot better than this :roll:club-sandwich

Actually, no it doesn't. It might play a lot better but UC looks graphically better.

agreed I have been playing RE4 for the first time the last few days and that looks much better graphic wise.

Go watch gameplay of the RE on rails shooters on the ps2 and try to tell me they are different in any meaningful way.

Every game looks better in motion.

Dead wrong.

A game with really good looking screens may look horrible in motion.

Just look at Mass Effect. A beuty of a game. But in motion, the bad framerate, laughable animations, and other stuff justruins the graphics.

Then look at Halo 3. Bad looking from screens, but in motion it looks better than anything else on the 360, thanks to 60fps and sharp and bright colors.

The Wii is about twice as powerful as the gamecube, and yet that looks no better than RE4. That's absolutely inexcusable.
