The pics also suggest that Orange Luma is player 2... and at the bottom of the last page..are those the reviews? 10,9,9,10 = 38/40 = 95%.

Yea, the orange Luma looks like it will play some importance in the game. The large purple Luma looks like he will be something like your first-mate on the S.S. Super Mario.
Regarding the 10, 9, 9, 10, it looks like you may have unintentionally found Famitsu's review score of Super Mario Galaxy 2! :P It's a great score, but I don't trust Famitsu reviews for the most part.
so i guess the score is revealed then? 38/40
should someone make a another topic on this? or should be wait for confirmation that those are the scores?

I'm pretty sure that those are the scores. Since this topic is regarding those same scans, I think it would be redundant to make a completely new thread. Rather than doing that, I think Captain_Lorelli should edit the title and OP confirming the review score.

Don't forget blue and yellow toad..they saved the world every bit as much as the bros.
nice scans same score as the first mario galaxy too its a must guy for me
Mario1331
Great score. They scored Super Mario 64 a 39/40 and Nsmbw a 40/40. I think 3D Mario is valued more in the States than in Japan.
Everybody, look at the picture of Mario's spaceship! There a few things I found that were a bit noteworthy:

Everybody, look at the picture of Mario's space ship! There a few things I found that were a bit noteworthy:
- Red Bob-omb to the left of the Toads
- Rabbit from SMG
- Penguin from SMG
- That cute wood thing from the first SMG2 trailer
- Some shiny thing coming from the ear hole
- CLOUD POWERUP NEXT TO YOSHI!!!!
Some other things that were interesting:
- In the 2D level, the blue and yellow Toads are on the same screen as you
- Yoshi has in fact acquired Jesus-like powers
- In image 4, it clearly shows the orange Luma as player 2
- Also in image 4, there is a yellow fruit floating by Yellow Yoshi. I assume that is the powerup that makes him yellow in the first place.

Yes it is very exciting. I hope there is a translation today.
As much as you can look at the Super Mario Galaxy 2 pictures and just say "this is just like Mario Galaxy but with new levels and powerups" (and they'd be right), there is just so much potential for creativity in each and every level. Yeah, the whole premise/concept of the game might be a rehash from the original, but I wouldn't be surprised to find more creativity and fresh ideas in a single level of Mario Galaxy 2 than you would in other full fledged sequels
Thats actually not the review score. Apparently it says "series crossreview" and just gives the score of SMG1.

im curious? which games would that be? MW2? that got so much hype on SW? xD
but i see what you mean, even if i would say by todays standards or FPS standards this is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more then just a rehashed sequel
Not to be the fly in the ointment... but didn't FFXIII get 39/40?Hahadouken
I have often wondered whether Famitsu's lenient scores are down to cultural differences or... just being very lenient.
Are there any games they have reviewed badly? I seem to remember them giving Haze and Gundam: Target in Sight very kind reviews.
[QUOTE="Thunderdrone"]Thats not SMG 2's scoreCaptain_Lorelli
Sorry, as I can not translate Japenese I just assumed. Fixed.
No need to apologize, its a harmless mistake :P Cant wait for this game!!!!!Wow, If you look closely at the picture with Mario the white Luma and Bowser, you can see a tiny Peach in Bowser's hand (his left your right). So is she small or is he huge....
