EDIT: What did you think of the music? amazing right. Its funny, ive been ripping this games soundtrack to shreds since day one but now im in love with it.

oh my oh my oh my. I just watched the final level/boss (couldnt help myself) and i wont comment on what happens the music is absoloute EPIC! Its something you'd never expect in Mario heck its so un-nintendo like i can gurantee many people will be caught by suprise. Has me excited about what Nintendo may have in store for Zelda Wii.

MW2 is too easy to require it. NSMB Wii is so tough that it would be unfair to the casuals who played it; thus making it extremely hardcore. Zing

I remember being a kid and having to wait till christmas for games like pokemon blue and OoT, but man when you finally get them, ahhhh, that coupled with the week or two off of school, those where the days!

Now I have a car and cash flow so I'll be picking this up day one :P

Really guys? You need to pay more attention. IGN America may review games highly, but IGN AU is more strict when it comes to reviewing games. Maybe you're just butthurt a Mario game got a higher score than a Sonic game...again.

New Super Mario Bros Wii was a nice surprise but its not gonna rival the likes of Uncharted 2 or Assasins Creed 2 for Game of the Year. Also speaking of Sonic there is a 2D Sonic game planned for 2010 currently under the name of Project Needlemouse.

I enjoy the game in a multiplayer, got wasted on the weekend and play it with mates and it was a blast from start to finish :D Outside multiplayer though I would say that if your playing it by yourself then you might as well go play classic nes and snes mario because its essentially pointless to play this game outside multiplayer, its a party game really.

The whole game is totally different. Just the art style and the fact that it's s 2D platformer is the same
