Tekken was never about visuals. Having said that fighters with pre-defined sequences were never about gameplay.

You can have your own opinion but the general consensus is that VF series has bets gameplay. Tekken is good too, and DOA4 is average

I love the baseless claims. :lol: I checked out Gears of War and Virtua Fighter 5 images on Jeux and they both look incredible. Please tell my why they'd streach the image only for the Tekken images? Also, with Widescreen quickly becoming the standard (especially for this gen) I highly doubt that Namco would be releasing images set in the 4:3 ratio. Nice try, but it's time to face the music in the regards that the PS3 is a overhyped piece of trash..:lol:

Wow, you kids are obviously too young to remember Tekken 2 & 3 when they came out. They were some of the best looking games at their times, and the CGI blew our minds. Thought the PS1 was going to start smoking.

Tekken 3 was amazing looking for it's time. I don't think Tekken 2 was though.

You are sadly mistaken. See, the day that Virtua Fighter 5 was announced for the 360 is the day these boards decided that Tekken is #1 for gameplay.

It's way too early to judge this game. The arcades don't even come out till the end of the year.

Teh Halos can look like crap in a beta but this game is supposed to look polished and complete at 50% done. Yeah right :roll: I don't like what Master Chef is cookin.
