New to SW's but noticed several things

I'm new, Been here 1 week. I came on here for some help on Gears 3 on the 360 boards and stayed for the pie on SW's. Now i like this place but i noticed several things.

1) everyone claims that because im new that i am a troll.

2) If people disagree with you they class you as a fanboy.

3) People call you stupid in every single sentence when disagreeing with you.

4) when you prove your point on any topic people become abusive and do severe damage control.

Does this change at any point or will i get constantly labelled as such things and keep getting abuse / damage control against me to the extent that i'm currently getting?!

Theirs more questions i wanted to ask about SW's but knowing my luck i will get called a *TROLL* yet again lol.

you're complaining about levels ? in 2010 I was a level 19 ... I've gone down 8 levels in the matter of one year.

thank god they have finally loosened up around here.

This will end once you grow in levels.

Never changes.

These are the actual trolls for the most part, best ignored.

Everyone has to go through the intiation period. Even I suffered the same time period at one time. Once you get to level 20 though, you'll start being accepted.verbtex

You may be in what is called an initiation phase.

Basicly, you get treated like dirt until one of the following conditions are met.

1. Your level reaches a certain point
2. People know who you are and respect you (this can be hard)
3. Your post count reaches a certain ammount.

The reason for this initiation phase is because of the high ammount of alts and trolls. Many forum communities have this, especially more negative ones. Systems like this help weed out the trolls and those faint of heart.

Don't let it get to you TC, there's been a massive influx of alt account posting here in the past few weeks so that's why people may tend to think you're a troll, it will stop eventually.

It's mainly because people here gets an influx of low level trolls that really desensitizes people around here.

I try to avoid this but if you write a statement that is clearly wrong "i.e PC has worse graphics than a PS2" or hypocritical "i.e Picking on the Wii's graphics then turning around to say graphics don't matter in another thread."

Like I don't care if you think graphics don't matter or justify the cost of a PC, or that the Wii has terrible graphics etc (frankly it does in the technical aspect) but if you go into double standards people will call you out on this.
