I find it ironic that nathan can get hit with a million billion bullets and be ok, but his friend is hit once in a non-vital region and he's about to die.
Anyway it looks great, I just love bustin chops on this game though.
maybe because you dont have a ps3 :S. y would any1 be hyped for a game that they cant play.

I havent played the first uncharted either. Looks like it plays like Gears though (as far as the 3rd person shooting aspects go) so thats a good thing.
Honestly, this game gets praised too much for it's graphics. I'm not saying it is undeserved but the gameplay looks like so much fun. I'd like to see more people praising that.

Looks decent.....hated the first one. Mainly because of the ****y hitboxes, especially on environmental models. From what I've seen in beta, the same thing is going on with the damn hitboxes. Sparks flying off a foot away from the doodads because their hitboxes are larger than their actual models :S....

WOW, that looks AWESOME!!! It looks like they fixed the crappy shooting mechanics from the first, which is a HUGE plus in my book. Im hoping for a midnight launch for this. COME ON SONY!!!:x

whats hitboxes? The first game had awesome hitboxes, but from what I've seen in this vid, the hitboxes in this game are horrible.....not a single headshot registered, whereas in the first game I scored headshot after headshot in each playthrough (I played it through normal, hard, and crushing and beat each), hundreds.

whats hitboxes? But I really love the art design in Uncharted, I wish more games would go for brightness and saturation with a wide array of colors.........

That was in uncharted:drakes fortune as well, the game has some damn good looking water. One of the most improved things this gen, water, bioshock, crysis, uncharted, and killzone all have some great looking water!

Looks awesome, can't wait to do a bunch of ledge-grabs (since I stink at U2's MP beta :P) in this game. I would like to see his hair look like it's wet in this one also as well as his shirt. Can't wait to play

I though it was...I am going to pick up the game..So I just decided not to watch any more new game play videos....not worth it..
I'm going to be honest here. After watching the gameplay it looks cool, but I do not see why people are labeling it as the second coming for graphics. Yes the enviroments look good, but the physics don't look that great, the main character runs funny and the movement looks a little funny and flimisy to control. I'm sure it is a fun game and probably has a good story and what not, but after watching that it really doesn't look anything spectacular. Its looks like a normal game to me, nothing about it says wow.

his movement looks funny?....the way he moves is the most realistic movement in any game iv seen. and no the controls are perfect. play uncharted nd u will know, the gameplay is so fluid. the games graphics, voice acting, story, lovable characters, platforming is a reason to say wow. this game will take killzone 2 crown as graphic king. they improved everything with the first uncharted and just made a epic cinematic experience with alot more action. not just go to one area, take out a group of enemies then wait for another wave and so on all the time like the first one.
