Ahh, good, it's almost as if they're taking my advice. If you're an Xbox owner, trading in third party "megatunz" for actual first party exclusives is good in the long-ball. It's not as sexy or fun for the fanboy wars, but it's the best way to separate your brand from the competition which is what should really matter.

And yes, go ahead and put it on record that I had something good to say about Phil and XBone for once.

I enjoyed it, I just wish that you didn't have to constantly be in motion. I wish it were something you could do to traverse the world but I would have liked it to not be mandatory for survival.

Yeah, I mean I enjoy it too for what it's worth, but before I got it I constantly read comparisons between this and Infamous Second Son and thought they were legit... until I played Sunset Overdrive. SS completely destroys this game, and SS isn't exactly the pinnacle of open world games.

We'll probably get an official release date for Crackdown, if we haven't yet. But hopefully they announce some brand new IPs that look promising.

@Bigboi500: I still kind of like the game, but I agree that it is boring as all get-out. I imagined it would be a lot more fun roaming around that world before I bought the game. Everything became kind of a chore and I haven't messed with the game pretty much since after the first week or two that I got it. I'd still like to go back to it but....

War of Gears is my guess, watch as this new IP sells a million in it's first hour shaming that new IP form Sony, ya know, BB. :P

When people have to question if it's a *timed exclusive, then you have really fucked up in the PR department.

Good to know, last year they showed announced some first party games but didn't show them off so hopefully we'll get gameplay footage of Scalebound, Phantom Dust and Crackdown along with some announcements of new IP's. This years E3 should be interesting cause we have a general idea of what MS will show with hopefully some nice surprises. Sony's conference is still pretty much of mystery and that's intriging. Maybe we'll see the new God of War and Street Fighter, I'm sure a lot of indie games but what other triple A title will be there.....Can't wait to find out.

Same. After all the hype it received here and the score it got, I really thought it was going to be on par with other open world games at $60. After playing it, I can't help but feel it's like a $15 downloadable game. I only paid $40 for it but still feel a bit cheated.

The gameplay is good for what it is, but as others have said not being able to stop moving/grinding for the whole damn game is super annoying. Also, I'm by no means a graphics whore, but this game looks like crap. It's like they didn't even try. Don't even get me started on the shitty neo-punk soundtrack.

im all for first party exclusives... and i think phil will deliver on that front.

Phil bringing rays of hope again, if it weren't for him, I'd have gotten rid of my X1 by now, but he keeps trying to make things right after Don tried to destroy the XBox brand. I hope it's a game like Crimson Skies on the original xbox. Game was really fun and perfectly suited for the X1.

I hear and understand, but am the opposite. I like SS, but the fact that I do have to chain movement and combat is what kept the game so thrilling to me. It was different then some of the open world recent games to me.

We'll have to see. If you check out the Xbox feedback forums, there are many calls for first party games and bolstering their first party. Maybe this is their attempt to show they are indeed listening. Like I said, we'll have to see.

Sony is going to show a lot of TV shows at E3 this year. Hahahahahhahaa
