Honestly, I think that practically everyone of these threads so far have been from surveys or heresay ("I know a guy at a walmart who said there were Xboxes everywhere). At this point, I think that both consoles are seeing unprecedented demand and sales and to try and guess them at this point is exactly that, a guess at best.

im actually surprised, seems like the kids like the ps4, but def a buzz among different genres about the XBO. A lot of people are impressed, im surprised it took so little time to gain NA back, I don't think PS4 is going to outsell XBO in NA.

I don't doubt that the X1 will take this week or even Black Friday in North America, I imagine Sony is holding inventory to set aside for its Europe launch. I don't think it has to do with a lack of interest in either device, I think this comes down to strategy and ability to produce and distribute more than the other... at least for now.

When I went into Best buy there as a sign on the door saying PS4 were sold out because so many people were going in and asking for them. I am shocked its doing well. I went to BB to pick up Amazon gift cards for a discount due to my AMEX. GTX780ti here I come.

... Platform fanboy must equate to idiocy.. Regardless of what platform you prefer, having BOTH sides being neck and neck and selling well is a good thing.. Competition is what breed better deals for the consumers because one is always trying to out due the other.. It is fvcking mind boggling how people want their console's main rival to fail miserably when it is that said rival that keeps them in check with policies, advancement etc etc..

What's it matter? At this point both systems are selling most, if not all, of their systems as soon as consumers find them. We have no idea how many of each console are being shipped each week, or how many to each territory, just that Sony is currently shipping to more territories at this time.

As should be common knowledge here by now, those dying to seek any advantage with sales figures are going to have to wait for official figures to come out, usually in the quarterly financial reports. Anything until then will be "suspicious" to anyone that doesn't like them.

It all has to do with supply. My local best buy got 14 X1's on Black Friday and only 2 PS4's all of them were gone in a few hours. My local gamestop had a few x1's still in stock on Sunday! No PS4's when someone asked about them they said they were only selling ps4's in a bundle that was $600 something WTF. They did the same shit with Ps2's back in the day when the launched stores were only selling bundle packages cause supply was so low n they could get away with it!

Im astounded that considering the PS4 is apparently superior in every way Cows feel the need to create anti xbox threads on a daily basis. Who cares which console sells the most provided you own the console you want and can play the games you want.

I dont like the PS4, I think its a dull and uninspired piece of tech, I think it lacks innovation and its not the console I imagined would come to light after a ten year generation....that being said....if a Sony console is the only place I can play a decent next gen crash bandicoot game then damn right il buy one.

The data was collected from 102,000 tracked receipts from major North American retailers, such as Best Buy, Target, and Wal-Mart. Xbox One allegedly made up 31% of the console sales, with Xbox 360 following up at 30%. PS3 and PS4 apparently represented 15% of the retailer's sales. Wii U comprised 6%, while the original Wii only made up 1% of tracked sales.

So yes according to their projections the xbone sold more. We will find out the official numbers soon enough but these projections weren't just pulled out of thin air. Cows needs to accept that people like and want the xbone. Seriously its getting annoying. No matter how loud you guys are on this forum no one is hearing. No one cares what you think. People are going out and making decisions for themselves and buying what they want to buy with their money. Get over it.

Yea cuz Sony sold 2.1 million units world wide with only 700,000 sales coming from europe and australia. So lets do some math 2.1 million - 700,000 = 1.4 million. So Sony has sold 1.4 million in NA, last I checked 1.4 million is more than 1 million (what MS has reported so far, which is a world wide number not a north american number lol). Lets not forget 2.3 million ps4 units are on back order according to gamestop ( which may not be counted now but at a later date that would come to 3.7 million units in NA once those are sold) I want whatever you smoking on.....

So no hard numbers, just "50 million QTEs experienced"
