Next GTA Coming This Year?

I hope not. GTA is just stale now. they need to re-invent it. if its anything like GTABore aka GTAIV, then I guarntee you that it will flop both in sales and scores. the ONLY reason GTAIV sold and scored well was because of HYPE, nothing more, nothing less. GTAIV is a bad game, I respect people who managed to finish the game. MightyMuna

i doubt that the next gta will flop in terms of sales and review even if it resembles gta 4. gta 4 is a great game, it's just that it was ridiculously overhyped that everybody was expecting to feature more stuff than gta sa. oh yeah, thanks for the respect, i have finished the game 2 times now, and going to complete it for the 3rd time.

The expansion packs are taking a long time so I doubt it.

i'm sure they'll remake vice city for gta 5 or gta 4: vice city or whatever name they want to call the sequel. i can see a pattern, they reboot the gta 3 series by remaking liberty city and make it the setting in gta 4. so, the next in the gta 4 series should be vice city, followed by san andreas. i'll be happy if they remake vice city, gta vc is one of the best gta ever made. hopefully the game will be more colourful than gta 4, although i think the colour in gta 4 is good enough.

Yeah rockstar bring out Vice City 2 or San Andreas 2 or some new city. I'd rather play that than The Lost and The Damned, I'm totally not interested in that DLC.

Still, most people here probably care more about being able to fly a fighter jet than having realistic driving or crashing physics. That said, GTA 4 was the foundation for this gen's GTA games. That means the engine, and a lot of graphics (for cars, people, environment etc.) have already been made for GTA 4. They don't need to do too much work to make the sequels now with a lot more content.

The expansion packs are taking a long time so I doubt it.
