Since the article didn't state a US date am guessing that this release date is for all western territories so that is my response.

looking at the article, I do not think the japanese version will have all of the voice-overs and subtitles that were noted for the euro version.

oh well its better than crappy english Voice Actors like FF13 incident(so irriatating cast)
