Ninja Blade - looks really bad...

Putting the bad graphics aside, the gameplay looks like Ninja Gaiden but slower..

I was getting hyped for the game, too. It's supposedly almost done from gamespot's preview.

That makes sense. The game reminded me so much of Otogi. Especially on the part when the playable character was falling down from building.

I was liking the looks of this game, both graphics and gameplay looked great but that was the worst walkthrough I've ever seen in my life, constant pauses, and that hugely annoying translater.

It's looks like it plays abit like Ninja Gaiden, slower paced might be good for this game. Ninja Gaiden was too fast and felt arcadey. This game seems like it's more fluid and realistic in a sense of what a ninja should move like. Not super humanly fast, just fast.

The graphics where ok, didn't bother me. The music was great.

It looks ok , it also looks like the kind of game where we'll get to fight giant ants , giant scorpions , giant enemy crabs , giant caterpillars , pirates , aliens , vampires , elves , werewolves , unicorns , street thugs , mummys , hobbits , godzilla , mothera , bigfoot , bikini samurai squads , and of course other ninjas among some other things.

No it doesn't... it looks good. The graphics are really nice, and the gameplay is solid. 7.5/10 for the vid, i mean that was barely anything to prejudge the game.Adrian_Cloud

Yep, looks good so far, this is definately on my radar now. Did anyone else read some GT comments though they're pretty funny.

bad graphics? look closer, i see great detail...it isn't the graphics you hate, but the ninja gaiden feeling. Big deal. IMO, it looks interesting, better reserve judgement, the game isn't out anytime soon.

you've barley seen anything of Ninja Blade...lol.

as for NG2, it sucked, imo...i loved the first one, but 2 was totally rushed and all about gore, that the CORE gameplay/boss battle felt week and mindless. its like itagaki, saw gears of war and wanted to make a game more violent and gory than it. to show the japanese can do it better.

Ninja Blade has potential, best to wait and see.

then tell me why you think its great. I can tell you why GoW is great, outstanding story in the greek mythology, graphics still hold up well even though its from last gen, great cinematic camera, puzzles galore, killer combos and finishes. tell my why Ninja Gayden is great?

NG gameplay > GOW

GOW is mostly a button masher.

What I like about NG games is the fast pace action where you have to evade and block as well instead to survive.

Crappy graphics? graphics are good enough. Ninja Gaiden's graphics(xbox) are better than GOW1 and GOW2's

I think the game looks pretty darn decent. If you think this looks "really bad", then you must only play AAA-AAAA games.BioShockOwnz

I was surprised when I saw the score at gametrailers (5 out of 10 wtf?). The graphics looks gerat and so does the gameplay. The only thing lackluster was the demonstration, but that's hardly the game's fault.
