which do u think will be the better game.

probably both of those game will get AAA but

i believe ninja gaiden sigma 2 will be better . i am fan of both games but always thought ninja gaiden was a better action game also sigma 2 will include online play and much much more deeper fighting system.(ninja gaiden fightin system rivals those of fighting games)

God of War 3 by far. NG2 is a great game aswell

Even though I like both games. I like the GOW series way more.

come on guy sigma was epic sigma 2 will own bg time. ninja gaiden has always been an AAA along with god of war last gen.

think about it 3 playable charaters.

online coopand probably online versus mode.

god of war play throught it twice or three time and the game is over.

sigma 2 will live longer than god of war but people dont seem to hype it at all. sigma 2 will set the bar very high for action adventure games.

yea i always play all my games and skip all cutscene for all games. never been the type that play a game for it story but played it for gameplay only maybe that is why i like ninja gaiden more.

I'm going to have to say GOW3 only to see how it ends and to try out the new real time weapon switching, but I'll definately pick up NGS2 and Bayonetta which might end up being better than both.

I prefer NG, so yeah, I go with NGS2. Bayonetta will be best, though.

Where did i even mention anything about difficulty about NG2? I was just giving an example of the violence of NG2. NG2 aint even THAT violent. Yeah a few limbs go here n there, and the blood is overexagurated like any anime out there, but the executions are no way as dramatic and not as satisfying compared to GOW. Everyone here knows the fatalities in GOW blow any form of executions in NG series.

Yeah for violent combat gameplay, nothing beats NG2, imo. GoW is better for story and puzzles. I don't like the change for Sigma 2 with no blood or gore. Instead enemies will "emit purple essence". I'll stick to the original version, thanks Sony.cainetao11

there will be blood in sigma 2 but not as much. if u notice in the trailler of sigma 2 there was blood when u killed an opponent but when u chop him up into pieces there Will be a purple mist instead of blood but that ok as long as they take care of the framerate and also i hope bodies wont disappear after u kill them.

Its a bit unfair comparing violence yet as NG2 could do all that because its on a next gen system, from the previews we've read about GOW3 you will actually see Helios' head being ripped from his body nevermind the 'Zippertech' that will show the insides of enemies pour/spill out all over the ground.

yea the slow downs was a big bummer but hopefully this epic scene will have good framerate on sigma 2

lets face it, NG 2 = NG HD, DMC4 - DMC3 HD, i suppose you can see the trend. The jump for sequal action games hasnt been that great this gen. GOW has balance, which is what i like. It has a good story, a good combat system (obviously DMC and NG overshadow it, but still good nevertheless), good music etc. NG is great in some departments, but lacklustre in others. It litterly feels as if Tecmo didnt try for story. The Story is practically abysml, both NG1 and NG2. Seriously, the Tekken story line is far more intreging.

Ofcourse, im not saying GOW is a better game, but i think people have difficulty appreciating such game when they played sumthin so much more advance. Very much like DMC compared to onimusha back in the days.

I just played GOW on PSP last night. I had played a bit on PS2 before.

I have officially joined the club that says GOW is a button masher. The combat was no way as good as NG. GOW does have great cinematics though. Basically, it's all flash, while NG makes you feel like you really are a Ninja. When you beat a hard boss, you feel a sense of accomplishment.

Who ever thinks NG2 is better then GOW3 needs to go back to Hades! Seriously, The whole GOW trilogy owns any NG game all the way back to the NES. The stroy, gameplay, graphics, monsters, bosses, magic and weapons are epic. Ryu jumping around and slicing people down there back compared to Kratos jabbing a blade in your gut then rips you in half just for the pleasure of revenge seems more violent to me.

us ps3 owners will tell you after we play the both soon :)

While NG is techincally more complex, GoW delivers more as far as pure entertainment goes.

Personally, I'm picking up both.
