So... anyone can ship 500,000 copies of a game, does not mean a given game would sell any of the copies shipped

2) that still doesn't make it look good considering it's been two months since release.

3) VGchartz has it at 15,000 more than what i said...and I'll say only 50,000 has been sold in Japan....for two months thats not good.

3) WTF are you talking about. This is sigma's page: http://vgchartz.com/games/game.php?id=6634 0.19 million = 190,000. Which is 100,000 more than 90,000. And it says it sold 80,000 in japan.

It definitely hasn't sold very well. Hopefully sales pick up this holiday season because if they don't I doubt we'll see NG2 on the PS3.Ibacai

Ninja gaiden is notorious for not selling very well. I'm pretty sure ninja gaiden for the xbox sold less than 100k. And ninja gaiden black just a bit more than 100k...

NGS must be selling enough to justify shipping 500,000. Perhaps it has sold 300-400k.

I don't think would have been able to ship 500,000 units of the game if it wasn't selling. Let's throw more out there for people not to buy!

Come on, the only reason they are shipping more units is because the game is selling. If it wasn't selling, why would retailers take in more copies of a game that people are not buying?

Why not? It's a great game. I'm sure alot of cows hadn't enjoyed it before it was on the PS3...

And on topic, I see NG2 possibly releasing on PS3 as a result of this.

They are shipping according to demand. And please for a $60 re enhanced last gen game, Tecmo should be really happy with the results.
