I already played the game so why would I pay to play it again if i can go ahead & play it right at this moment? I hate ports with a passion. Im tired of ports on the 3DS & vita. They have roughly the same number of ports with the 3DS still getting ports announced for it like Tri G. There's plenty of new stuff on the Vita like Gravity Rush, Escape Plan, Dragon's Crown, Little Deviants, LBP, Golden Abyss, Alien Spidy, Lumines, AC, Army Corps of Hell, Lord of Apocalypse, and Sega has a new IP as well.

I don't think this port was necessary really. I hate how devs are just treating Vita like it's the dumping ground for ports.

I like the sword swing effect but otherwise the game doesn't look any special. Atleast those aren't bullshots.

Even though I already own the PS3 version and Black, I'm still picking it up :P - not at full price though. It's one of my favorite hack n' slash games of all time.

I was hyped for the game, now after realizing that it won't be anything but a simple port for a game that had already been ported to almost every console ...... I am not following it, the game is dead for me.

there will never be a console with all new ip's so people need to lower their expectations or stop gaming!

It looks okay, but it could be better.

Good time to launch the Vita. Once the PS4 and 720 come out the Vita won't be getting multiplats anymore. Anywho looks better than most games on consoles buying my Vita day 1 in the US of A yaddi yaddy ya.

Unless they dumb down the game COMPLETELY. How the **** will this even be playable? I'm talking about the controls and difficulty here. I don't know about you but this is the sort of game that requires a proper pad to play on. More ports and remakes.Ninja_Odin

This. SW =/= the world. Outside, ports don't mean much. If you want to experience it portable, then buy it.

Even Zelda:OoT and SFIV 3DS were gobbled up by 3DS owners.

It's not really fair to compare the two since Shinobi is 2-D and the art style of the game is completely different. Shinobi is going more for a hand-drawn painting-like style that is closer to what Okami did.

I'll be honest, Shinobi is not a bad looking game. From what I've seen, it animates nicely and has a nice hand-drawn look that fits nicely with the style of the game. I don't really see where the problem is.

Shinobi is a good looking game, and in reality, it would probally not look any different on the Vita.
