Nintendo are dead to me!

Nintendo has totally fell into the whole -Reaching a new audience moto- and completely left the hardcore gamers behind...this obviously comes from the huge success of the DS. Nintendo probably don't even think its even worth anymore to boost hardware, graphics, features....etc etc. Its purely all about making this SOOOO f'en simple so Anyone or thing...(yes, Animals will be playing it to).

Just look at the Wii titles, Its nothing but gimmicky games, anime, kids, mario crap...with the only focus being how it plays and nothing else. At this pace we'll probably never see any epic title with a deep story...again.

And another thing, what is it with Nintendo and making everything so f'en small, tiny, cute and named horribly?

i've been around. SW is getting way too boring nowadays. all i see is the same stupid arguments over and over yknow. like this one.

BTW i don't hate nintendo. they just don't have the games that i want. but i truly despise PC gaming.

The funny thing is that people condemn nintendo for bringing out sequels to their franchaises and completely ignore new or fairly new franchiases.

No more heroes and battalion wars 2 are good examples of games that get ignored because they are too new.

That didn't make much sense. One, Metroid Prime 3 is the final Metroid Prime game. Two, Super Smash Brothers Brawl is the third Smash Brothers game. And finally, there are plenty of other games Wii owners are looking forward to: No More Heroes, BWii, Dewy's Adventure, Z&W, Disaster: Day of Crisis, Mario Kart Wii, Animal Crossing Wii, etc.

Approach #1 - Considering the sheer amount of adult orientated and real life based games out there SMG is a breath of fresh air. I can say that game alone holds more interest to me and many simply from vids. Not to mention it looks to be a GOTY contender.

To add the other two of the big three Metroid Prime 3 and Super Smash Bros: Brawl. Then to add... Wii-Fit. Dude, I wanna rest somerimes. Sleeping is good. :?

Nintendo is for casuals. They haven't forgotten the nintendo fanboys who pathetically liked the gamecube.

They have forgotten the real gamers.

I seriously don't understand how they left the hardcore gamers behind. Last I checked, Metroid, Super Mario 64 successor, Brawl, and host of other games that we've been waiting for many years are coming out real damn soon.

Just because they are attempting to reach out tothe audience PS has gotten a grip of, definitely does not mean they have forgotten about their loyal fanbase here & abroad. They're just expanding their territory.

I don't like the difficulty in their games... Twilight Princess was too easy, for example. It seems to reach the non gamer section of the market they had to make the games easier.

I hope MP3 will be just as deep as the first two were, if Nintendo stops making deep single player games the Wii will become nothing more than a party tool (even if it is good at that).

Right now my eyes are in the 360 with Mass Effect, Bioshock and Lost Odyssey
