This Gen will go down in history as the time Nintendo woke the sleeping giant (Microsoft) MS has patents to every conceivable detail of the Kinect addon! Since the industry is headed in the motion control direction thanks to Nintendo MS now has the edge over both rivals. The deep pockets, The online community, and motion controls. I dont see MS losing to either competitor in the future.
I have to say you definately one sided on this topic.. however after my wife picked up a kinect 2 days ago. Me hookin it up and being sarcastic, and complaining about having bought a wii already. I plugged it in. AND IT WORKED. It worked the exact way they have shown. We played POINTLESS, CASUAL and SHALLOW mini games for hours and had more fun doing it then anything i have played since I was 5 and played the first NES with the Light Gun and Duck Hunt. I have not had this amount of "childlike fun" with gaming, since i was a kid... I have not had one gaming device give me that "wow this is actually new" feeling, but this did, and is continuing to. Haters can say what they like(i was one of them XD), but until you try it and realize, just keep you mouth shut. PS: I had a room full of people(mostly guys aged 25 yrs +) and they were all jumping around like idiots laughing and sweating.. haha EVEN TO THE DANCE GAME.. (dance central??)

I dont see MS losing to either competitor in the future. I don't see MS taking over nintedo in any way shape or form this generation. I've got nothing against kinect, I do own it as well as a wii. Nintendo has always done one thing right, and that's make good games. kinects biggest issue is the space requirements for it to work. it's no fun when kinect drops you even though you have more then the recommended space.
well i have to admit i have tried to lay off the move and kinect hate since it's not really meant for me and it's pointless to ridicule something that is not targeted at youbut my god people make it so hard to stay quiet.
like the full page move percentage advertisement yesterday right?
how are you supposed to stay quiet when you get a slow pitch lobbed right in the strike zone?
anyway good luck move and kinect, hook the young kids and before you know it they will be right here with us being snobby about stuff. :lol:

so your saying the move is for kids ? its for both ffs research heavy rain , killzone 3 , residents evil 5 , tiger woods .sports champs is rated 12 , time crisis, the fight lights out , and if im not mistaken infamous 2 kids games : kung fu rider, start the party , sports champs , eye pet , racuet sports ,shoot , sing star dance and ea sports active 2 i didnt count psn games and i dont know if ps move heroes and sorcery will be kiddy
