There hasn't been a single game released on the Wii due to its success yet, they have all been due to lazy developers looking to make a quick buck and thinking the Wii would turn out like the Gamecube. So Wii owners have good reason to complain.

And due to the lack of power. How come they haven't announced any good games yet? Even the PS1 got Tomb Raider and Resident Evil its first year.

So Dewy's Adventure, Opoona, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil: UC, Nights, Boogie, and Treasure Island Z may not appeal to you, but some people actually have a different taste than you do as hard to believe as it may be to you.

Lack of power? Please. The Wii was short-shafted by third parties, which are now scrambling over themselves to develop for the platform, since they know its not failing.Â

Half of those may appeal to children because they are kiddie. Resident Evil 4? Wow a 2 year old port... What a weak list.

Scrambling? Where's GTAIV? RE5? Assassin's Creed? Exactly.
Who said those titles will be released in a year, or be AAA/AA titles, or even see full fruitation?
Nintendo is doing fine with Wii, and there are third party games coming if you haven't looked. If anyone needs to step up, it's Sony and making the $600 actually worht it for an overpriced gaming system.

SpruceCaboose so you saying wii will get better games than ps3 and 360Tnasty11
Better is an opinion, so no one can say for anyone else what system will have "better" games. You can only say what games you personally prefer.
What I was saying, and its true, is that 3rd party devs thought the Wii would flop and die. Now that it is a phenom in the sales column, they are trying to get games into development for it. 3rd party support, while never the Big N's specialty, is starting to trickle in, and it will become a flood soon enough.

I was obviously talking about the American launch.
And people are buying the Wii right now yet it STILL gets poor third party support, compared to the PS1 which sold poorly for a while and got amazing third party support.

Won't Wii owners need to stop buying the third party garbage?? Until then expect more half A@# games. At top dollar might I add.
heh y the hell would nintendo need to step up to the plate? theve sold nearly 7 million wiis and theyre contuning to go fast. 360's sold 10 and a half million and theyve been out for a year longer. nintendo will surpass them soon. and sonys almost readhed the 3 million mark. 3rd parties r dropping sony cuz ppl rnt buying the ps3 cuz of its price tag. sony needs to step up, they have no games to sell their $600 machienne. and one single good game probably wont be enough to get a TON of people to buy a ps3 cuz thats like 660 there , mosty people prolly want an extra controller so it minus well be $710. plus u need some fancy ass tv to see the all "amazing" graphics. and nintendo doesnt need the most powerful grapihics w/e cuz theyre games r more cartoony, which look just fine with a less powerful machiene. i do admit they would look a lot worse if they were trying to look like gears ofwar or something. another reason y ppl were all with the ps2 last time was cuz they made games easy to develop. now theyrehard as heck and the cost a ton (same with 360). wii is the cheapest and easiet to develop along with the fact that its the best selling atm and pribably will be for a while. i do think the 360will dookay but ps3.......not so well
Â
so.....yup.......
Over 45 games in development for the Wii by Nintendo because third parties don't want too, and they probably need it considering most of their "third party games" are garbage. Sheep have been complaining about how all the Wii gets are PS2 (or PSP) ports but with PS2 hardware + a woggle stick what do you expect? Masterpieces like Gears of War? Please.AHUGECAT
Â
So wait your trying to spin the annoucment that Nintendo has 45 wii games in development... or planed for development... as a bad thing?
Â
:shock:Â
Wow, so much hate on system wars.
People bash systems more than play the games they enjoy now a days -.- Â
yea but thats what this board for lol...i just want to see what ne bigtime sony fans can say to that with how ps3 is gonna win. i like 360 and wii but im not to fond of ps3
Â
so whatcha got to say to that ps3 fanboys?

Gamespot seems to think some of the games are "Good". BTW how do you know all of those 10,000 will be bad? I mean are you using a crystal ball or something?
Â
Also your titles is Nintendo needs to step it up... I believe anouncing that 45 games are in production or planned is them stepping it up... So I don't see the point of this thread. Â
