Took out the Zapper, it's just an accessory, you can play the games with out it...

You can play them VC games with a Gamecube controller. If Nintendo really wanted to milk you they wouldn't allow that. The Wii Board will probably come with the game.

i see wii fit as no different then something like rock band or GH. you get the game and a peripheral. all the addons for the wii are optional and most games for the wii take into account people that only have a wiimote and no nunchuck. just look at SSBB, you can use every controller option imaginable with that game. can the 360 use xbox controllers?

It's expensive for the convinience. The Wii allows you to have almost every good game ever released on a Nintendo console in one system.

It varies per game just like it does for XBLA, some are worth the price some aren't.

It's not that by buying a 360 you have to eventually pay $800 (or more) if you want the whole package, no. It's the fact that you HAVE to buy the things from MS if you do want them. That, and I really don't think Live is worthy of its dime.

Wii fit comes with pad.

C.L.A.S.S.I.CController not needed-> The Wiimote sideways can play NES games, Gamecube controller for anything.

Nunchuk+ Wiimote-> Comes with system.

Zapper-> Just a holster, not needed. Zapper comes with games that "encourage" using it.

Steering Wheel-> Is coming with Mariokart. Also came with the racing game from Ubisoft.
