Home is pretty useless to most of us. It looked like it was going to be a gamer version of second life and bring gamers together but it is just second life with crappy free to play games now. And all the times I use it things always take too long to load. The people on there never seem to know why they are on there and all the random words from people just make me kind of go crazy. But I think nintendo figured something out. People want to talk about games and play games. And that is what miiverse does. It is like the forums here mixed with twitter but without the switching out back to the game. You play nintendo land and the plaza is full of miis but not just random miis. They are filled with miis from other gamers. And when you walk around the plaza what ever that gamer wrote when they are in the plaza is displayed above their mii. And instead of just be static mii they can be touched. And when you touch them you see all their progress in the game and you can see their profile. And if you want you can friend them. No codes and no weird places to go to meet gamers who like the game you are playing. If Miiverse meets a game like dark souls this could be the next big thing in gaming. Real communities in games with out leaving the game. Home tried but it failed. This to me is finally what socially gaming should be. Gamers being social with gamers in the game.
The whole Home is full of guys pretending to be girls trolling thing must be an american thing, every time I used Home it worked as intended, I never saw anything that ruined the platform, it just wasn't amazing enough to warrant booting up that frequently.
Maybe you aremicans just have more sexual tension bottled up.
I always thought home would be awesome as a F2P action-mmo where you're running around all of these Sony themed worlds beating up monsters and doing raids based off of various Sony games. Like in one area you might be fighting Helgast that have teamed up with the bad guy from Parapa the Rappa and you're traversing the world on your Spyro or Jumping Flash mount all as part of a quest given to you by Duke B. Rambert from Battle Arena Toshinden who was doing it solely to protect his alliance with the Mokai, led by fellow knight Rohn Partridge from Lair.
Yes. One of the main reasons I got a PS3 was Home. It looked amazing. now I get pizzed just thinkin about Home.
The Miiverse is a beast thats gonna grow! I went to the Batman Armored community, then the Black ops II.. jeez, reading everything made me one buy those games. ACIII too~ :o

Minus all of the custom content and a lot of the ability to be an annoying ass.
If they finally work out the copyright laws for sharing vid clips, music and pictures then it will be great. Right now it's a micro transaction sausage fest.
Oddly enough.... it's actually a good money maker for Sony so the'll have it on PS4.
