Only problem is is that he can't do anything about it. Well, at least there seems to be disagreement about it at Nintendo. If big enough, MAYBE (don't get your hopes up) there will be some sort of change.

I agree......region encoding sucks.

It protects there profits.  Nintendo management likes it.  

This is what sucks about Nintendo......

You have to call Nintendo to take the games from a SD card and put card in new console.  Get message to the tune of "Can't play this game on this system". 

So you gotta ask permission so to speak to be able to play the games you already bought, just because you get a new system.  That was just crap.

It doesn't matter if it protects their profits, If nintendo wants to succeed globablly they need to open up a bit. Limiting their consumers with this only hurts them in the long run.
