[QUOTE="Gamer46"][QUOTE="rexoverbey"][QUOTE="Gamer46"][QUOTE="rexoverbey"][QUOTE="Gamer46"][QUOTE="rexoverbey"][QUOTE="Gamer46"][QUOTE="rexoverbey"] Sheep are really overestamating their fad. They believe people are still lining up even with the lower numbers month after month. It is not all from lack of stock either you can go almost anywhere now and find Wiis. Here is a overflow at a Wal-mart I saw today. Guess what there was no line either waiting to get them. With 360 Elite launching you are going to see a spike in 360 sales w/ 360 taking over the monthly lead next month in the US market. Plus Nintendo fans fail to realize the system seller which is Halo 3.

Only a fool would buy the 360 Elite when the PS3 is just $120 more and gives you more bang for your buck. If the PS3 isn't selling as well as some expected, the 360 Elite sure as hell won't.
You make $120 to be pocket change. Plus you still have the $399/$299 360s also. Trust me there are a lot of people who will buy the Elite especially the few who have been holding out for a 360. Plus the 360 is a gaming machine with the best library out and $200-$120 cheaper is a big deal to most.Stop it, if somebody is willing to spend $480 on a home console it means they've got pretty deep pockets, $120 more for a console that gives you more for your money is definitely worth it. The Elite will not sell, and I don't even have to use the PS3's price at $600 as a reason for the Elite not selling, the 360 is struggling at $400 why consumers all the sudden jump on now for $80 more? You're really spin doctoring.
360 Struggling? Wow! Funny I thought it was still leading this console war so far. It must be struggling with game sales also huh? Funny I thought it had the highest attach rate. Deep pockets for $400 but $600 that extra 33% you have to come up with is nothing. BTW when did PS3 become a better value per dollar? That is just your opinion and I could argue it the other way.Look what the Elite offers you then look what PS3 offers, the PS3 dollar for dollar is the better deal. And yes 360 is struggling, it's been getting outsold by Wii since that console has the market and the PS3 is on par with here in the States, the 360's best market. The games sell fine, that's not the problem current 360 owners by games in droves, the problem is the software is not moving hardware. Look at the numbers.
Wrong November and December 360 outsold the Wii in the US. Only this year has Wii outsold the 360. Usually the US it has only been outsold be 70-100k. That is not that impressive considering the 360 has been out for a year. As for the PS3/360 I have both and I feel the 360 is a much better value. 360 includes media center extender go by one of those seperate and see how much that cost you. Selling software is all the game developers care about anyway there is a reason why 3rd party developers are picking 360 over Wii. I will not buy the Elite because really I don't care for HDMI, but I am not going to ignore it's potential in the market either. The Elite has NO potential, the console is being outsold by a much technologically inferior competitor and is barely outselling the PS3 which is $200 more. If the Premium isn't flying off shelves, the Elite certainly won't, end of discussion. As for game sales, yes that is what developers care about most, but they also want to develop for which ever console has the biggest market, right now 360 does have the lead, but Wii is quickly closing the gap with only two truly great games and once the PS3 price drops and gets the big hitters in GTA IV, MGS 4, FF XIII, FF XIII Vs., Gran Turismo 5, and God of War 3, it's game over for 360.
What you don't think a 360 price drop won't happen? The biggest console hurt by 360/PS3 price drop.,...that would be Wii sorry to say. GTAIV is also coming to 360 so that isn't going to hurt 360 sales. Plus there are great racers coming to 360 like Forza and PGR4 so Gran Turismo isn't going to hurt 360 sales. With none of those having release dates I guarantee God of War 3, MGS4, and FF XIII aren't even coming this year.... so that again isn't hurting 360 sales. The 360 price drop is a lot further down the road than the PS3 price drop, so no that won't help them, and it doesn't hurt Nintendo, people aren't springing for the 360 core over the Wii which is just $50 more, MS should be Nintendo's last concern. GTA IV is associated with the PS3, yes the GTA games appeared on Xbox but what brand do the casuals associate the series with? Yeah, Playstation, there's another mark against 360. Forza and PGR are great franchises that I personally prefer over GT, but look at a sales comparison of those two series vs. GT, it's not pretty, another one win for the PS brand. And God of War 3, MGS 4 and FF XIII will be out in due time, certainly they'll be out with enough time to turn the tides of this console war, and all three are exclusive to Playstation.
