I mean, I was expecting something 'outta touch', ridiculously outta touch. But this thing? First, right out of the gate, I take it Nintendo doesn't understand that in the English language, 'switch' is a pretty weird word to name ANY product to start with.(if you do not know what I mean...?).
But the intro video, all the sliding and snapping, and traveling. Why does Nintendo think hardcore gamers want to take their home console with them? Are they THAT out of touch? I am afraid the answer is an astounding yes.
I had hopes Nintendo would pull 'something' off, but I am afraid, this is the end of the Nintendo of old. The Nintendo that used to hang right with the competition, the Nintendo that used to push gaming boundaries. This is just an old senile Nintendo, that has no idea how to appeal to gamers anymore, and it is a sad day in the gaming world.
