The biggest preorder title for Gamestop is right now, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Second biggest preorder is Pokemon Let's Go.

@MonsieurX: haven't you noticed yet that the only people that truly cares about resolution and fps are select hermits? Not even the biggest part of PC gamers care about it, people simply want to enjoy their games and that's about it.

Speaking of resolution, people act as if Switch's visuals are something like the Wii. The games look just fine on it.

And gamers still pre-order, shop at Gamestop?! Amazon is is the logical choice for pre-ordering games. I find that pre-ordering games from Amazon have DLC's and less prices.

Amazon is too much of a monopoly, and sometimes don't send your stuff coming in right away. I'll stick with Brick and Mortar until it truly dies.

I don't like Gamestop's dirty business models. Amazon's just have better deals when it comes to pre-ordering and I already pre-order my copy of Ultimate anyways.

Didn't resolution and framerate matter when it was just the PS4 and Xbox? Does your fellow Sony fanhood frequently mention PUBG initial framerate issues regularly? So, its not just select hermits. :)

I would love to use Amazon, but after the supreme court's ruling to now include state taxes, that's a problem now. But that's another discussion in a different board.

Nintendo screwed up so bad it was as if the company wanted to throw the generation and the bad thing is how it was so damned obvious. There was nothing inconspicuous about it.

This is what happens when you put great games on great systems. As much as the h@rdc0rez shit on Pokemon Let's Go, it's going to move units and sell huge numbers, possibly more than any mainline Pokemon game ever did excluding Red/Blue of course. Smash is going to move units as well, and the Switch will sell 20 million units by the end of the fiscal year.

Smash Brothers is a pretty big deal. Guess it makes sense to get a Switch now, before the rush at launch

Switch is a great system with great games. Glad it is doing well! Plus the portability just makes it even better. Nintendo played it very smart this time around.

The Direct was desapointing overall but for any Smash fan, it had lots of juicy info that would get any solid fan hyped. Definitely getting it in december.

Nintendo's E3 was focused on what is actually coming out this year. Sony's was a guessing game of what's coming out when.

Cows and Lems are the biggest offenders for Resolution.

Most Hermit's couldn't care about 4k because it is not worth what is sacrificed.

Anecdotal evidence: two of my close friends bought Switches within the last month.

Neither bought one for Smash Bros - they each just saw it as a good investment based on the games that are already out.
