Nintendogs VS. Uncharted 2

I saw some one bring this up in a topic how can you compare the two Uncharted 2 is by far the superior game either way one is a handheld and one is a console game. I think you can compare them I mean at the end of the day there both games and the both scored AAA on many diffrent websites.

So how do you compare them graphics? Uncharted 2 of course blows away Nntendogs but does there that really matter there not paintings there games ok so gameplay Uncharted is a bad TPS with awsome story and mutliplayer, Nintendogs is a Pet simulator with game mechanics that have never been seen before and as far as its genre goes unmatched in quality. So what I'am a hardcore gamer elitest and I know videogames and IMO Uncharted 2 can't even be compared to Nintendogs as far as a quality product. How do the products market it them selves in the real world I mean after all it is a product to be sold.

Nintendogs worldwide sold 23,000,000 copies. Thats pretty good. So does that mean its a better game I say no, but my 6 year old would call me crazy.

Heck, Toasters to Super Mario Galaxy, Lawnmowers to Halo, Gameboy Tetris to Zelda Twilight Princess, Pong to Metal Gear Solid, to Uncharted to Nintendogs.:P

That's the entire point, you can do anything you want, make any comparison you want, if you want. No one is going to stop you, but they may not want to participate.

Pacman can be compared to Lego Harry Potter or my pink rainbow rollerskates to New Super Mario Wii. Whatever you imagine, you can compare...doesn't mean we should always do it.

Personally I don't understand why a male over the age of 10 or someone who is not a dog enthusiast would have a desire to play a game like Nintendogs.

U2's gameplay is phenominal and spot on...:?. Anyways, one is an average (Boring/becomes boring very quickly) dog caretaker simulator, while the other is a GOTY quality (And winner in most sites) TPS title with infinately more replayability than nintendogs (Only way to compare them)....

Can't say I have tried it even though we have 3 copies in my house, but I would actually be proud to say if I had because at least it makes you an individual when gamers are all playing the same genres. I myself am one of the mindless shooting masses though ^_^ but its nice to play the odd game were the objective isn't "kill all that moves".

On a side note the reason I refused to play Nintendogs is you cannot beat your dog (if it craps in the corner or whatever), I would rather go back to Black and White :P.

They aren't non gamers they just play a different genre to you, they own a console and play games on it there for they are gamers. Most Wii owners on here also own at least one HD console or a PC I suppose you are going to call them all non gamers? how many systems do you own may I enquire?
