Nintendo-like games on other systems?

looking for that kind of fun and creativeness typical of some Nintendo games on other plats.

So far I thought about these games:

Little Big Planet

Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts

Stacking (?)

Kameo

Modnation Racers

3D Dot Game Heroes

any other suggestion?

Darksiders is kinda like Zelda.

Ratchet games are pretty solid 3D platformers if you can overlook the generic level design, they have a really good weapon system though.

MLB the Show - Sports

Burnout Paradise - Racing

NBA 2k11, FIFA, NHL - Sports

Demon Souls - Action RPG

Limbo, Super Meat Boy, Braid - Platformers

Street Fighter 4 - Fighting

Starcraft II - RTS

Braid, Limbo, Sonic Kart Racer, Fable, Viva are games that come to mind.

^ Bioshock 1 and 2, Red Dead, Half Life 2, Resident Evil 5, Resistance 1 2 3, Rage, Mass Effect 1 and 2...

And if they aren't shooters, they are photo realistic like Oblivion 4, Gran Turismo 5, Batman, Infamous, Assassins Creed, Heavy Rain...

They just tend to be slow paced, more simulation-ish and frankly more boring than your average Nintendo game. Hence why we are having issues trying to find "Nintendo" like games on PS3 or 360. If there is such a game, like Ratchet, then they lack Nintendo polish :/

Seriously. Where is SMG2's Lava World or TP's Ice Mansion in glorious 720p graphics. HD systems disappointed in that aspect.

what game has nintendo made that's like Fable? Fable is the opposite of any Nintendo game, it's got far too much prententious crap to be a nintendo like game . Truth is there aren't many, you could say the platforming Arcade games like Limbo/braid but i certainly don't think of nintendo when i play those games. Platformers on PS3 like rachet have always had their own identity. I don't know why people think shooters automatically equals hardcore ps3/360 gamers while anything that looks cute is nintendo like? it's not .Fact is Nintendo is Mario/zelda/kirby/metroid etc....why? because that's the only things nintendo makes...over and OVER again. The only games you would say are "nintendo-like" are The kniect/motion sports games that use these clumsy looking avatars and cute animals. Ninja_Odin

RareWare is the ONLY developer I can say have been ON PAR with Nintendo. They completely understood what the Nintendo factor meant/means.

You can't find these games anymore.

It's hard now to summarize what the "Nintendo factor" is synonymous within a minute. Actually thanks for the idea, I'm going to think about this.

The thing is that give me any N64 Rare game and I would have guessed Nintendo made it not knowing. That's that the N factor stands for.

This isn't the SNES days,Most of the best games this gen have come from the HD consoles, most of the big budget multiplats this gen are on the HD consoles and most of the ambitious and creative projects this gen are on HD consoles. Wii is an after thought for most 3rd party devs because they can have agroup of 6 people work on Last gen tech to make simplfied games for non gmaers and kids. the hardcore Nintendo fanbase only buys nintendo games on wii anyway. Wii is a secondary console for a reason.
