Wario looks fantastic, no doubt about that. Unfortunately for it though, LBP stomps the fructose out of it.

Warioland = one of the best Gameboy games. I can't wait to see it on the Wii. :D

Wario looks fantastic, no doubt about that. Unfortunately for it though, LBP stomps the fructose out of it.Velric

There isn't much stomping in LBP.

I went with the LBP option because quite honestly While Warioland looks good.

IMO

Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy are the cream of the 3-D crop of platformers.

Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie

Donkey Kong 64

The Jak Trilogy

and even the Ratchet series

were more interesting IMO(atleast that is what I expect from Warioland)

FYI Wario is more than basic platforming. It's the insidious platforming puzzles and awesome boss battles that make it.

LittleBigPlanet is more to do with basic platforming than Warioland.

Maybe not better than Super Mario Galaxy but one of the best games on the Wii definitely.

Just take a look at the history of the series and get back to me. The Wario Land games have all been outstanding. This one appears to have great boss fights, outstanding level design, great music, and beautifully-drawn graphics.

Maybe not better than Super Mario Galaxy but one of the best games on the Wii definitely.

Metroid Prime 3, SMash Bros. BRawl, and even that rehash Twilight Princess are still a pretty high standard.

I'm not saying the game will be bad.

On the contrary i think it will be a very good and fun game(like an 8 or an 8.5)

But I wouldn't put it up there with Nintendo's headliners.

Its good

but Not MEtroid Good(MP3 being 8.5 on gamespot, AAA on metacritic)
not Zelda good(TP being 8.8, and ofcourse AAA on metacritic)
Not Smash Bros. good(AAA all around)

Not saying Warioland is bad, i just think your going a bit far if you think it will honestly be

Superior to

Mario Galaxy or Metroid Prime 3 or Super Smash BRos. Brawl.

Sonic Rush, Sonic Rush Adventure, Yoshi's Island DS, N+, NSMB, Sonic Advance, Sonic Advance 2, Sonic Advance 3, and Wario Land 4 to name a few...

True, but Warioland 5 looks better in my opinion. But out of all those you listed, Yoshi's Island DS was the best IMO.

well, mario galaxy and sunshine were decent, although i would call them best either. ive always been rather partial to klonoa 2: lunatea's veil, which got a lot of good reviews
