With the lack of AAA and even AA games the Wii has it seems Nintendos strategy has gone back to what it used to be, a strategy that let Sega take over 52% of the market nice to know some things never change like Nintendos laziness.

Nintendo's strategy is a brilliant one, it prints money for a reason. Don't fault them as a business.
Wow. That is as about as accurate as saying Sony's and MS's strateger is to just sit around and wait for the next Nintendo innovation...(Ball on stick, Natal)
flazzle
well to be fair, we need someone who dose the first step, its not like sony is going to finally be creative :P
Wii's last game was Brawl 2 years agoParasomniacNSMB Wii says no. Just no.
EDIT: Oh wait. That was AA. Nevermind.
[QUOTE="Shielder7"]Hey I can't help it if Sheep don't know any better.Theguy56At least they play their games not argue over which is the better toy, or buying stuff that only has an "M" rating. Well I hope not you have to wait about 3 years for 1 AAA game if you waited around for a half decent M rated game for the Wii you'd be waiting about 7. And yes they do argue over which is the better toy.

That is a better list. True, The Wii hasn't gotten a AAA at GS for quite a long time, but if you look at other websites (which I know is forbidden here) there are quite a few AAA Wii games from the recent months.
Nintendo is very profitable. And don't forget the heavy hitters are coming out this year and the beginning of next.

Also, they usually post in defense not like the 100s of threads here arguing over which game is shinier.

I don't get why using other sites is forbidden. Wouldn't it be more logical to use Gamerankings or Metacritic? I can understand that this is gamespot site and all but if you are talking about which system got more AAA or AA it would be better to use Gamerankings/Metacritic.http://www.gamespot.com/games.html?type=top_rated&platform=1031&mode=top&sort=score&page_type=games&dlx_type=all&date_filter=all&sortdir=asc&official=all

If you are limiting yourself to look at GS AA scores, that's very sad. I'm playing NSMBWii right now, and it deserves at least a 9. I know it's easier to play scores rather than games.
[QUOTE="Theguy56"][QUOTE="Pices"]OMG, no GameSpot AAA! The whole world will collapse!scorch-62Fixed ;) As far as System Wars is concerned, GameSpot's reviews are all that matter, though.
As far as determining flops and such, yes GS is the only score considered. However, anyone basing their purchases solely on one gaming website is incredibly picky.

the forums is the only reason GS is worth it,
ever since they lost their major reviewers this site hasent been itself

I like to discuss all the consoles but it's useless trying to hype Wii games because the thread will usually end up with stuff like "oh a rehash" "oh more kiddie games" "looks last gen" etc etc. Nintendo fans are rare in System Wars actually.

You'd think they have enough money now to open another Retro studios and make more AAA games. It's like they don't care for those games anymore. themyth01
I feel like Nintendo is slowly starting to change and is beginning to cater more to its loyal fanbase. You can see this with Mario, Metroid, and Zelda all being released this year. Not only that, they are also making Pikmin 3, Monado, Sin & Punishment 2, and Retro is also making on an undisclosed title.
My point? Don't lose hope in them yet!
