According to Famitsu.com, Criminal Girls is Nippon Ichi's first D. The site, presumably quoting Nippon Ichi's press release, said that the game got the D because it's "too sexual." Andriasang

Not interested and I haven't played any Image Epooch games besides Sands of Destruction and after that I'm kinda of worried about tryingtheir other rpgs they have made. Maybe interest will spark whenever I see gameplay.

Yeah, Cero D is the equivelent of a M for Mature rating.

Cero Z on the otherhand is Adult only Rating.
