No 1080p for PS3 in NBA!

It appears according to the official site that only the 360 version of nba homecourt is going to be 1080p, ownage??

X360:

· 16:9 720p (60fps)

· 4:3 & 16:9 480p (60fps)

· 4:3 & 16:9 480i (60fps)

· VGA 4:3 & 16:9 1024 x 768 (60fps)

· 16:9 1080p (30fps)

PS3:

· 16:9 720p (60fps)

· 16:9 1080i (30fps)

I personally would rather have the game in 720p and running at 60fps. 1080p is one of, if not the most overrated thing this generation.

where on the page does it say that. Does the PS3 not support 1080P. I find that hard to believe.

How is it beating Sony? Looks like it was EA's decision. And I like how the TC didn't put the 480i/p in the PS3 version. Wonder why he left it out.

looks like the 360 was easier to develop for. wow this is kinda sad that Sony doesnt get 1080P when they touted dual 1080p support a couple of years ago.

Actually, the PS3 also supports 1080p. At first I couldn't scroll down so it didn't show... now I got it to work. PS3: · 16:9 720p (60fps) · 16:9 1080i (30fps) · 4:3 & 16:9 480p (60fps) · 4:3 & 16:9 480i (60fps) · 16:9 1080p (30fps)

slightly better resolution and less fps, who really cares about 1080p when given that? I'll take 720 running at 60fps thanks.

It shouldn't matter to any one. It is overrated. 720p and 60fps >>>>>>>>>>> 1080p and 30fps.

Oh and what happend to the 4D, 1080p for every game, 120fps bullcrap Sony was tooting 2 years ago?
