I was thinking about why they did not announce one. Didn't Sony say that after the 60 gig sold out here there was only going to be the 80gig? And then in europe(after the 60gig sells out)the only one you can get is the 40gig. Ya know a week or so ago MS said that they were going to start concentrating on Europe alot more. Im betting that they knew about the cheaper 40gig there. My thoughts are that in North America there will only be a 80gig ever available and that onewill get a $100 price drop.

Remember when Sony said they wouldn't be offering the price cut in any region other than the US? Same story with not entering the 80 gig in Euro....instead, they bring a new SKU and a price cut to the 60 in Euro.
We will, seriously, never REALLY know what they're going to do until they do it. Or....until dozens of analysts and news publications begin reporting on it, that is.
