It been announced that Peter Jackson will be producing the Hobbit. So I guess no Hollywood for Halo.... for a while, unless Uwe Boll come and make it into a movie.

He's the producer not the director. You could produce more than one movie at a time, they do it all the time. Infact, you could even direct more than one movie at a time.

it amazes me that people actually think it would ever work as movie the way it is right now (a guy in armour, says little, shows little emotion, cant see his face).

Master chief will be played by bruce willis and he will say "yippie ka yay motherf*ck*r" everytime something blows up, and cortana will be held hostage by terrorist on top of a building during a christmas party.
