[QUOTE="SpaceMatt"][QUOTE="HarlockJC"][QUOTE="SpaceMatt"] Opinion does not equal fact.
Nor could a 62% failure rate be even remotely close to accurate since such a high sum would doubtless result in a government-enforced mandatory recall

I think the EU is loking into something like that...Don't know the detail...I am sure someone here will fill them in
They're investigating the rates, but the official leading it has already come out and said her hands were tied as far as a recall. Indicating that either the problem is not severe enough, or the investigation isn't being taken seriously.
As for knowing someone whose 360 has failed... the only person I know who had their's break broke it out of their own negligence (moving the system while it was turned on and had a game in the tray)
is moving it well play it neglect now because I have done that a number of time with my GC and never had a problem and I am sure when I am playing DDR with my fat self that my PS2 moves some
I'm sorry I failed to clarify... I meant moving it from horizontal to a 45 degree angle and back (removing the 360 from a bookshelf and placing it on the floor)
