Thats FF Versus 13. FF13 is still being released on XBOX360 and PS3 at the same time in US an EU. So yeah. PS3 users have to wait for the FF13 to be ported to the XBOX360. But thats ok cows are used to waiting by now.

im all for spreading the final fantasy love onto multiple platforms but ps3 owners shouldnt have to wait for the 360 one to be ported if the game is already done at that time

PS2 owners outside Japan had to wait for final fantasy games to be localized before they played it. Final Fantasy X, it came to North America five months after Japan. AUS and PAL regions didn't see the game until 10 months later. Also, it took Final Fantasy XII seven months to get to North America after it released in Japan.
So you are waiting for more than just a port, you are waiting for the localization. Localization can be done in tandem with a port job to another platform.
