We havn't seen vitrually anything from this game yet...But with BFME II, it shows us that RTSs are possible on consoles and Ensemble Studios are pretty good devs, so I'll say AA.
I love Halo but I'm going to spin an "A" here simply because RTSs don't really work on a console. I know there's a bunch of AAA minds behind this project but still.

giving the game a score prediction now would be stupid since we have virtually no info on the game. i also think ms will release this at roughly the same time as the halo movie to get extra publicity so dont expect it til atleast fall 08.

You mean dumbed down arcadey RTS's with little strategy are possible on consoles.......
I am not into RTS's since SC. So I dunno what are today's standards. I need to see gameplay before giving a good guess. However, trusting the developers, it could go to from low AA to low AAA.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised though if it gets AAA, especially if it is reviewed against other console RTS games.
we know absolutely nothing about it.
We know its an RTS and that Ensemble is developing it. Also, we know it has the massive budget of MS on its back, and the game wont be released until it is up to the standards of the Halo franchise. IMO thats enough to guarantee AA status, but who knows...
AA is the most likely scenario. I'll be VERY pleasantly surprised if it squeezes out AAA. Ensemble is a great developer, but my only hope is that they use the books religiously in their development. Eric Nylund has created a wonderful universe for Halo, and if they adhere to that formula it will be hard to go wrong.

I agree, use the amazing story that people keep fussing about, that would be both asolid foundation for an RTS and a wake up call to people who say Halo has a crap story.:P

We have seen 0 footage from it and we are suppose to place hype on it. Its not even a sequel, so we could base it on a previous version. C'mon guys its a TRAP or a social experiment by Casey with fanbois. Either that or he is bored. While we are at it, why dont we do a hype for the Halo Wingnut game, that isnt a game or a movie.
