Even if we use Metacritic, the Xbox 360 has more games rated 9.0 or higher (11 total games) than PS3 has games rated 8.5 or higher (10 total games). The Xbox 360 has 30 games rated 8.5 or higher.

The PS3 only has 2 games rated 9.0 or higher, and both of them are available on Xbox 360. Of the 8 games rated 8.5 or higher, 5 of them are available on Xbox 360, one of which (VF5) is rated .6 points higher on Xbox 360.

One of the 3 exclusive games is NGS, and the debate is still out on whether that should count as an exclusive. The overwhelming majority of the content in that game was available on the original Xbox, and is playable on Xbox 360.

Gamerankings rounds it up if its .5 or more. So if its 89.5 it would rank up to a 90 but if it was a 89.4 it would just stay at 89. Like for Mass Effect which is currently a 97.5% on the list in gamerankings, it says 97.5% on the list but on the actual game's page it says 98%. Same thing with R&C if you go to the game's page on gamerankings it says 90%.

bingo, you take all those away, and the ps3 even has less than it does now. there really is no reason to have a ps3 now. especially when the only decent games to be had (mgs4, ff13) will end up getting delayed over and over due to dev problems.

it is pathedic that onlt metriod, mario, zelda for gens and gens only the games to get good scores for nin. lol there are more AA for ps 3 than the wii. i rather get 8, 8, 8, 9, 7.5 ect.than 9, 4, 6,4, 4, 4, 4, 4,

lol you guys get poor scores 80% of the time. look at the reviews your self. look at the reviews for the wii games and come back and say with a strait face wich system has more quality games. wii has zelda, mario, metriod. come back to me when new ip's get good scores. add all the AA. A. AAA which are the good games to buy and tell me which as more games to play.

Yeah.. it's $399 and still the most expensive system of the 3 on the market. The 40GB PS3is gimped and really not worth the $400.The 60GB PS3 would have been a better choice. So, that's still not saying much. There is still no "AAA" quality titles on retail shelves either. So it's not just the price that matters.

When I tried using GameRankings previous, Cows get telling me "GameRankings.com" doesn't count here. Now that all their games are flopping on Gamespot, they want to use Gamerankings.com. I think many of these cows are confused.

Not really. Cows are the one's who whined "Lemmingspot." They claimed that Gamespot was biased everytime it flopped a hyped PS3 game. How can Gamespot be biased when it has actually given the PS3 more AAA games than the overall game-rating community.

It was clear that Gamespot had flopped the PS3 up to this point, giving it no definitive AAA exclusives. The closest is a port of an original Xbox game, the majority of which is available on Xbox and Xbox 360. The Cows all cried foul play, and we are just showing that this website, which is supposedly anti-PS3, has actually been kinder to the PS3 than most game-rating sources.
